Home transformation in Leicester

Within weeks of buying this property and before they had moved in, the homeowners asked me to see the house to advise on extension and renovation work. They had aspirations to transform the property into a larger family home.

This was a particularly enjoyable project and involved me undertaking creative design and solutions, navigating the project through the planning process, producing the right level of technical information for use by the builder and building control and a detailed technical design to enable the builder to give the homeowners what they wanted and to control costs.
