A rear single-storey extension in Boldmere

This space was transformed for a busy young family to grow in and enjoy. They now have a large open plan kitchen, dining and seating area. Bi fold doors, a vaulted ceiling and rooflights bring natural light into the space, providing a great visual connection with the garden.

Like many house types, this house had a bay window at first floor level which required structural engineering experience. The work was carried out by Justin’s recommended builder.
