A large extension and renovation in Kenilworth

This was a significant rear and side two-storey extension and renovation in a large set back plot in Kenilworth. The new homeowners wanted the building to be in New England colonial style. Over 100m2 new open plan kitchen, dining, and seating area and new games room on the ground floor together with a new master suite with dressing room, en-suite and terrace balcony. The remodel transformed this house showing that with the right plot the development possibilities are considerable.
